I really liked the staff. They provided information on local attractions! the location was superb with many cafés and bars around. i found the staff very helpful and friendly!!! i appreciated the assistance and would definitely come back.
The air conditioning made a loud noise at night. I could hear other guests, so sleep wasn't easy.

the location is near the eiffel tower. the metro is right outside the hotel. there is a cute little side street with typical french restaurants, cafés, and shops, so i really felt the trip was authentic.

The staff was attentive. I appreciated their assistance with directions. the room had a safe. It worked well for securing my valuables. i found a mini fridge useful for storing drinks and snacks. the beds were comfortable and firm.
